Registration, Fees, & Refund Policy

Class Registration - All classes at San Luis Coastal Adult School are open to adults of San Luis Obispo and neighboring communities. Preregistration is required to prevent classes from being canceled due to low enrollment. 

How to Register

Online Enrollment:

You must pay with a credit card or e-check to register online.

Call the Adult School office at 805.549.1222 during business hours. Let us know which classes you would like to join. Provide your credit card information.  

By email:

Email the adult school at adultschool@slcusd.org with your questions or request for assistance and we will respond during our regular business hours.  Please include your full name, the course you're interested in, and a phone number, and if you'd like a call back.

In Person (by appointment):

Students may come into the Adult School office during business hours and we will assist you with registering for the class of your choice. The Adult School accepts VISA™ and MasterCard™.

A fee for insufficient funds will be charged for checks returned by the bank.

Refund Policy

Refunds, minus a $10 service fee, will be granted if a student withdraws with at least 24 hours notice prior to the first day of class. A refund is not granted for students withdrawing from a class on the day it is scheduled to meet or after class has begun. There is no service fee charge for a student who transfers to another class.  In the event that the class is canceled due to low enrollment, class fees are fully refundable.

Parking

All Department of Motor Vehicles regulations apply. Park only in designated spaces.

Complaint Policy

Any complaint regarding district compliance with state or federally-funded program regulations or possible discrimination should be reported to the administrator in charge.
